Parent Information
This is your place for all your information that will help you through out the cross country season. Information that we send home with your child will also be on the website so please if they forget to bring something home you can check here.
We will also include information on practice dates & times, pasta parties, forms, etc.
Race Week Information
Two days before the meet please make sure your child gets plenty of sleep and a good meal. This is the most important times for these two things to happen.
The day before the meet your child needs to hydrate by drinking plenty of water!!
The day of the meet your child needs to continue to hydrate and eat breakfast before they race. They should know what is an appropriate breakfast for race day.
IMPORTANT DATES:
July 15 - Watermelon Run 6:00pm. Meet at the High School.
July 18-21 - Camp
August 8 - 1st Day of Practice. Emergency Medical & Physical Forms must be turned in to participate. Parent handbook is due by the end of this week.
